• WIN = This is the first stage in the life of a new believer where evangelism takes place and is verified through Life Cells or home groups and corporate worship services. New believers are welcomed into the family of God in a very real and practical way. "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of Life, and he who wins souls is wise." PROVERBS 11:30
• CONSOLIDATE = The ministry of consolidation is a process of connecting new believers first hand to God, and other Christians who can encourage and strenthen them as they become solid in their decision to follow Christ. Providing the right environment for new believer's to be nurtured and cultivated in a life of faith is only reached through love, dedication, and hard work. At LWF, we are committed to see every new believer develop the character of Jesus Christ in their lives. GALATIANS 4:19 AMP
• DISCIPLE = The Lord commanded us to teach new believers to obey all the commands He has given us. We accomplish this goal through weekly lessons in the School of Leaders. Believers of all ages learn how to hear and apply God's Word to their lives allowing the new nature of Christ to flourish, causing them to become fruitful leaders in the Body of Christ.

• SEND = Finally, believers are sent out and released into the world as fruitful disciples of Christ ready to lead others and launch Life Cell Groups. To be sent into the fields of harvest is a great honor and privilege that deserves the response of a grateful and obedient heart. The promise of God to Abraham was that he and his seed would be blessed, and be a blessing to all the families of the earth! "Therefore, pray the Lord of the Harvest, that He send forth laborers into His harvest." MATTHEW 9:38

• We are called to equip God’s people for success in life. The Bible is our key focus because it is infallible, relevant, and profitable for instruction, correction, and training in God’s right way of living; strengthening families to maturity, equipping them for every good work.

• We are a regional hospital – a refuge of grace, healing, and restoration to all whose lives have been wounded and shattered. We lovingly reach out to anyone who is hurting, as a place of hope and comfort, not judgment and condemnation.

• We are guided by a passionate desire of helping people to know Jesus experientially, our services provide an atmosphere of faith and freedom in worship, which is conducive for the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit.

• We are committed to exploring creative and innovative ways of networking the body of Christ together in unity to address the endless spiritual and socials needs of society.

• Finally, our top priority is to pass a living legacy of our faith to the next generation who will continue the work of God should Jesus not return in our lifetime. We provide children every opportunity to experience a personal relationship with Christ while training them from an early age in the way of the Lord.
